The $240 zit

I love my cat. I do. Which is why I was concerned when I saw something erupt on her little kitty chin. I was convinced it was some sort of horrible cancer and did a Google search to figure out what it was. Turns out it was feline acne. I took her to the vet, the diagnosed the pre-diagnosed issue, and then presented me a bill for almost $240. EFF! I now have to wash her chin twice a day, pat it dry, apply an ointment and give her two droppers full of antibiotics. I may have to quit my job, there is NO WAY I can get this stuff done on a daily basis. Worst thing about it: she knows.

Just another night

After work on Friday, I decided to drop by my local. My new, completely random "friend", Luke Perry was there. After Luke left, freaking Dermot Mulroney came into the place. Ooga chakka. Three words: How YOU doin'?
It turns out his band, the Cranky George Trio (a five piece - how much do I love that?!?!), were playing up the street on Friday night. After the show, they all came to a REAL Irish pub. Snap!

Where's Andrae?

For anyone out there who loves Project Runway like I do...I had the good fortune of going to an incredible show during LA Fashion Week. Who did I see in the front row of the Elsie Katz Couture show...answering the question that Tim Gunn asked (and Santino endlessly mocked): WHERE'S ANDRAE?
In the front row!! (In between my friend Bean and Donna's dad, Howard.)
I talked to him briefly after the show - he was super nice and really supportive of Donna's beautiful designs! Yay, Andrae!
Here's a picture of me and Andrae on the runway...

This time it's gonna happen...

After several failed attempts at blogging...this time it's gonna happen. I swear. I think. What better way to make sure than to post a few random thoughts at once?
